Series 922 inductive dc proximity switches are 3 or 4 wire devices and meet the requirements of CENELEC standard EN5008. Any metal object passing the sensing face of the switch within the sensing distance causes a signal that is sent to the amplifier. Depending on the output function, the switch will produce a "high" or a "low" signal.
