Withdrawal Right

The user has the right of withdrawal for purchase orders from EU countries within a 14 calendar days term since material and good's reception, without need of any justification. In case of multiple deliveries for one same purchase order, the refered term starts from the recepction of the last received good. The reception must be by the uset itself or a third party appointed by the user, other than the carrier company.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise by the user of this right be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

1 WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

1.1 In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify us of his / her decision to withdraw from the purchase by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax or e-mail) to INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACION, S.L., C/ Gomis 29-33 08023 Barcelona-Spain; telf.: (+34)93 4542006; fax: (+34) 93 3237059; email: admin@todo-control.com

This unequivocal statement must be send to INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACIÓN, S.L. refering date of withdrawal; complete name, ID and address of the user; the purchase order number and the user's signature (in the case of postal mail, fax or direct store delivery).

1.2 The user must return or deliver directly the goods to INSTITUTO AUTOMATIZACION, S.L., C / Gomis 29-33 08023 Barcelona-Spain; telf .: (+34) 93 4542006, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel the purchase. The deadline will be considered fulfilled if the goods are returned before the end of that period.

The direct cost of returning the goods is assumed by the user.

The goods to be returned must be properly packaged for return (packaging suitable for transport by agency).

1.3 In case of withdrawal by the user, all payments received will be returned, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the user's choice of a different delivery mode to the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to cancel the purchase. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by the user for the initial transaction, unless the user has expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.

We can retain the refund until we have received the goods, or until the user has presented a proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.

1.4 The user will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods delivered. In this case the right of withdrawal is applied but the refund is not 100% of all payments made by the user, and will be reduced by the corresponding amount.

2 EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal will not apply to purchases / contracts of goods and services included in the following cases:

a) The provision of services, once the service has been fully executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the acknowledgment on his/her part that he/she is aware that, once the contract has been completely executed by the employer, he7she will have lost his/her right of withdrawal.

c) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

f) The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed indissociably with other goods.

h) Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the employer to visit him/her to carry out repair or urgent maintenance operations; if, in that visit, the employer provides additional services to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to said additional services or goods.
